Pour le goûter, une petite recette saine de gâteau chocolat/noix de pécan.
J’ai remplacé le beurre par de la courgette, elle va permettre de donner un peu de texture au gâteau sans les calories.
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :
- 2 œufs ;
- 65 g de courgettes ;
- 20 g de farine ou de maïzena (pour une version sans gluten) ;
- 40 g de poudre d’amande ou de noisette ;
- 100 g de chocolat noir 60 % de cacao2 à 3 càs de cassonade ;
- 40 g de noix de pécan ou de noix ;
- ⅓ de sachet de levure ;
- Arôme vanille.
Préparations :
- Préchauffer le four à 200 degrés ;
- Faire fondre le chocolat dans un bain-marie ou au micro-onde ;
- Pendant ce temps, mixer la courgette avec les œufs ;
- Incorporer ensuite la farine, la poudre d’amande, le sucre, l’arôme vanille et la levure, bien mixer ;
- Garder 4 noix de pécan de côté puis incorporer le reste au mélange ;
- Badigeonner un plat ou des petits ramequins avec un peu d’huile de coco puis mettre incorporer le mélange ;
- Poser les noix de pécan restantes puis mettre au four 20 min à 180 degrés.
